Spry-Burgi
Jerry and Brenda Spry, of Carthage, Mo., are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Carrie Sue Spry, to Kevin Dale Burgi, son of John and Debbie Burgi, of Branson, Mo.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Carthage High School, MSSU (B.S.) and Missouri State University (MBA). Carrie is currently employed by Peoples Bank of Seneca.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Valley View High School Jonesboro, Ark. and MSSU (B.S). Kevin will teach this fall for the Joplin R-8 School District.
Grandparents of the couple are Margie Murray and the late Leon Murray; Jerry and Shirley Spry; Ken and Mary McWilliams; and Lloyd and Norma Burgi, all of Carthage.
The couple is planning a July 13, 2013 wedding at First Baptist Church in Carthage.

Brown-Brown
Jeff and Gayle Brown, of Oronogo, Mo., are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Molly Clarissa Brown, to Jay Michael Brown, son of Steve and Sandi Brown, of Centerton, Ark.
The bride-to-be received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Drury University in Springfield, Mo., in May 2013.
The prospective groom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Missouri Southern State University in May 2013, and will be attending Midwestern University Dental School in Downers Grove, Ill., in August 2013.
A June 22, 2013 wedding is planned for 5 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church in Webb City, Mo. Minister Jay St. Clair will officiate the ceremony.
