The Globe is glad to visit your classroom to help your students explore the newspaper and the amazing things it has to offer! Presentations can be of a general nature, or geared to a specific topic or area of study. Simply make your request when setting your appointment.

The Globe will provide a newspaper for each child and accompanying activities and lessons. Presentations are usually 45 minutes, and should include no more than two combined classrooms at a time.

Whether you’re working on math, social studies, science or communication arts, we can meet your teaching objectives while also introducing your students to the real-world, informational text that is the newspaper!
